House Groups

These are important times of fellowship, Bible study and sharing where we can help each other in our spiritual journey.

Small groups provide the opportunity to share together, pray together and to study the Scriptures together in a way which is not possible in the larger gatherings of the Church. They give us the chance to get to know each other better and to explore how we can apply the teachings of Jesus in our own individual lives. If you are not part of a small group at the moment, you are encouraged to join one. Have a word with any of the leaders or just come along to the meetings to be sure of a warm welcome.

Tuesday House Group will be studying "Spiritual Gifts" between now and Christmas. As well as Bible study our evenings include a time of fellowship, praise and worship and prayer. Meetings will alternate between George and Rachel's house and Mabel's house. (See Rachel for details) We won't be meeting on 27th Oct, 3rd Nov or 10th Nov.

Thursday House Group meeting at Sylvia's from 8pm - 9-30pm. We are currently exploring what it ameans to "sing the Lord's song in a strange land" and how we relate as Christians with contemporary culture. This is based on the first seven chapters of the book of Daniel. This is followed by a time of prayer.
